Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is slow right down, step away from the noise of life, and simply allow ourselves to just be.

The Horse Energy Experience takes place on our quiet farm outside Bronkhorstspruit, beneath the trees and in the gentle presence of four horses, seven dogs, and two very friendly cats.

This is a two hour, unhurried experience. Nothing is forced, and there is no expectation to perform or to do anything with the horses. You are simply invited to arrive as you are and notice what unfolds when you become still, quiet, and present in their company.

Depending on what feels right for you, the experience may include:

• Sitting quietly on the couch with the horses
• Lying on the medicine bed while the horses gather around you
• Walking slowly with the horses in hand
• A gentle carriage ride at a relaxed pace
• Simply observing, connecting, and being present with them in stillness
• One hour interaction with horses with the second hour for reflection
• A coaching session in the presence of horses

Every experience is unique because every person and every horse brings something different into the space.

There is also time to gently debrief afterwards, if you feel like sharing what you experienced or exploring what came up for you during your time with the horses.
